- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Shipping:
- A flat rate return shipping fee of TND 7.000 will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Restocking Fee:
- We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

- Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will not be accepted, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
